Morrowind GOTY quest help

Hey I'm doing the Solthseim main quest and I have to find a Nord so he can get rid of some ice in the mine.........I can't find him.......tell me anything

Ok I found him but all he does is say something like
"I'm not gonna deal with you goodbye"

Ive never played morrowind either is it like fable or somethin????????

yes but more detailed and the world is alot bigger with no bounderys so you can run anywhere. . .
