I don' use bereaver myself but I'm pretty sure it changes it's damage whether you hand in 3 or 30 keys, but I'm not so sure that it can go higher than 30, maybe the game has some build in stop function. If it is possible bereaver would be the most awesome weapon ever

The Bereaver does not change damage depending on how many keys you hand in.

You can get the Bereaver with 0 Keys, it's still the same sword.
