Child Threads?

What are child threads......threads for little kids or sumthin?

I put this thread here because it has sumthin to do with these forums is that ok?

Where did you see any mentioning of 'Child Threads'? As far as I'm aware there is no such thing.

Are you sure you don't mean Child Forums? If so, the easiest way to explain what a child forum is basically a forum within another forum. Like say, how the Pub Games area is located within the Bowerstone South Tavern - where one is the parent forum and the other is the child.

Child 'Forums' not 'Threads' is another term used for a type of Sub-Forum. As Steve says for example, Bowerstone South Tavern is the main forum title and Pub Games is the 'Sub Forum' buts its a part of the Bowerstone South Tavern 'Forum'

Or Bowerstone South Tavern is the 'Parent Forum' and 'Pub Games' is the 'Child Forum'
