Solus Greatsword - WHEN to buy it?

I have been searching and searching over the internet and everywhere I look it says you buy this sword in North Bowerstone. Sweet. But then I go to find it and all the green dots aren't selling it...

Hrmm... is this guy not far enough into the game? At what point will the sword become available? My "good guy" isn't married to Lady Grey (decided to make him Mayor instead) and my evil guy is using the Bereaver.

You go into the shop in the middle of Bowerstone North, and he should sell it the first time you go in, until you buy it...

Its an outrageous massive beast of a sword.

I'm pretty sure there's no "WHEN" and if there is, I've never had a problem.
I never usually buy the sword either. Too much power. Fable is already easy enough (for me) Hope you find it.

I didn't say it was hard. Just a little difficult. But other than that it's easy.

Nope, Solus Great Sword is much stronger. Although if your playing on XBox, you can add a sharpening augmentation and it might make it stronger than the Solus...
