Ive only ever done the Game as an Evil Character and afterwards the Guild is boarded up, if you do it as a good Character is the guild re-opened or is that only in TLC

After the fight with jack and that last bit of the guildmaster's speech where it says you live in peace you are called from the Memorial garden next to Oakvale back to Lookout Point to listen to Sycthes message. And if you didn't get the sword of Aeons you are told that you can get the Avo's Tear. And when you go inside the guild is perfectly fine.

Of course the guild would close, since you did kill the Guildmaster.
