I think 25 gets you Apprentice, 100 gets you Hero, 500 gets you Champion and 1000 gets you Legend.
However there are Staff such as Guild Master, Town Guard and Bards who don't need posts, they are picked by the Admins. I hope I helped.

i kinda thought it ment liek how many posts to get to different rankings like 0-24 post is a villager 25-50 is a aprentice and so on... i dont know jus guessing

thats to do with what ranks you have for example me i am a modder that was picked by the admins because i am an active modder so my name was changed to the colour of the rank and bolded to make it clear to everyone i am a modder
