There is a website that has all xbox live gamertags on it (forgot the site name...). Basicly, as soon as you make a gamertag on live, its automatically on that site too. Then its just a matter of having the proper codes and you can display your gamertag wherever you want online.

As JohnDoe put, its an add-on for vBulletin (the forum software our forum uses). It was installed on our forum and now allows you to do so.
