Aging Rate

Years Per Stat. Currently set at 0.7

Took 15 minutes to determine the exact rate in-game. Then 2 minutes to find it in the defs. Shoulda done this a while ago.

I actually found the "MAX AGE: MIN AGE" in FE once, I just can't remember where.

Max age? Isn't it somewhere around 65 or something?
