OK, so from looking at the coding in Albion Explorer I think I have some idea of how making a new region might work. But it gives me this wierd greyscale image when I pull up a region to edit it. Am I doing something wrong? I extracted the AlbionFinal.wad and got the maps to show, but the editing section looks incomprehensible. Can anyone help or point me to an intermediate- or advanced-level help page?
Don't worry, I had this problem too In the left hand column, at the very top, click the Map tab rather than Region. And just out of curiosity, what was your idea to make a new region?
It looks like a matter of stating new variables and strings and then defining them, but I have only given it a cursory examination. I could very well be wrong. By the end of next week I hope to have something more definite.
