Most likely a lot of problems with XP based programs. You can get it to work with some tinkering I'd wager, but don't expect smooth sailing.

I USE VISTA ULTIMATE WITH NO PROBLEMS ONCE I REMOVE MY SOUND BLASTER CARD
CREATIVE NOW I PLAY FABLE WARCRAFT AND ALL THE OLD GAMES SOUND BLASTER & VISTA DONT MIX WORKED FOR ME
