an anoying problem

well i am chaz. i am new to this site although i have been looking of it for quite some now. I have incounterd a problem and i was hoping some one could help as i am not so good with this kind of thing. my problem is that every time i try to open a trainer and use it it reads an error i have downloaded wrar as some one menchended and my trainers i downloaded still dont start i was hoping some one could help.

are all the files in the same directory?
did you open winrar and extract ALL the files?
what does the error say?

it says cannot execute "C\DOCUME~1\Chaz\LOCALS~1 \Temp\Rar$EX00.156\FableT rn.exe"

i am clue less and that was after i used winrar

i use winrar and when i try to open it it says Cannot execute "C:\DOCUME~1\Chaz\LOCALS~ 1\Temp\Rar$EX10.063\Fable Trn.exe" please help and at the top it sais WinRAR: Diagnostic messages then gives me the options of close break operation and copy to clipboard
