How to get your LE DLC/XBOX.COM minigames items?
Before you ask this, the 1st thing you should do is go and redeem your code in the dashboard and download it.
In one of your very 1st quests you will be directed through Bowerstone Lake to a small island with a tomb on top of it, this will bring you into a cave which will later on be known to you as 'The Guild cave'. Once you reach the end, you will be confronted by Teresa and squables some nonsense. Here you will find a chest that i believe is the DLC chest, anyway all of your DLC and xbox minigames items are in there.
How to get your Pub Games Gold/Items
Upon entry of Bowerstone market square you will find the Cow and Courset Pub, enter and speak to the games master, select merge pub games character and choose your pub games character that you earned all your gold on and you now recieved everything you earned in the pub games.
Save Slots
OMG THERES ONLY ONE SAVE SLOT!?!?! actually, you have a few save slots. I tried this out last night on an alt gamertag, and you are able to keep your previous saved character and make a new one. yay!
Quests, Side quests, and Jobs
Ok, everyone is complaining 'theres not enough to this game, it lacks side quests' are you kidding me? theres more side quests then there is main quests and jobs! Where most of you are wrongning this situation, is because they throw side in with main quests. For example my main quest is 'The Hero of Skill' this is also known as your story quest, now everything under it, is a side quest. you only have
1 story quest, everything else is a side quest!
Now jobs they put in a category of their own, assissnations, rescues, black smithing, bartending, etc...
Hidden Gargoyles
Ok, im just gonna throw this out there now before many of you get frustrated. Without the guide (or someone to post on the internet) you will not find most of the gargoyles. Alot of them are hidden in ridiculous places and if you dont know what your looking for, it makes it even harder!
So there are 50 gargoyles total, and what a gargoyle is, is a headstone of a gargoyle and they have glowing white eyes, destroy them and they will give you their valuable treasure - which is most likely a legendary crossbow or gun (my guess).
When you have found 10 of them you will be informed that you need to go visit The Gargoyle's Trove which is located underneath the Bowerstone Market bridge in a dive spot. When you enter you 1st go up a flight of stairs and open a switch and find a chest. Ok your done now. You get nothing, what happens is every time you get 10 gargoyles, they tell you to go back to the trove and find another 10, and repeats until you have all 50. So in short you need all 50 gargoyles!
once you have collected all of them, there is a treasure chest waiting for you
Hidden Silver Keys
Once again, without the guide its hopeless to find them all. Like the hidden gargoyles there are also 50 keys to be found. What these keys do is unlock those black with silver trimmed chests, the chests have a number on them and that indicates the required amount of silver keys needed to unlock it (go figure) thats pretty much all there is to know about them. Oh did I forget to mention their hidden? good luck!
*A personal thought! There are 50 Gargoyles and 50 Silver keys, coincidence? Or maybe the gargoyles treasure chest is a chest that requires all 50 keys?*
Money making tips
So you didnt pre-order Fable II, and missed out on the pub games advancement. No worries, we'll turn that lint into gold in no time. On your first entry to Bowerstone head over to the blacksmith, you cant miss it, its in the same vacinity as everything else known as the town square.
Accept the job and start hammering away, now this is 100% gold making there is no losing money in this! all you do is make swords for gold. you want to achieve a 5 star rating in this to make the best out of it. with a 5 star rating I was able to make 50, 000 gold in about 45 mins to an hour, depending on my multiplier.
You could also make money in the pub games, which will be the last thing i do because i have spent the last 3 months playing pub games waiting for fable to come out and now i want to play the game and not these pub games, so im not gonna go into my strategies.
Finding jobs to do is the best way to get gold, Blacksmithing, Woodcutting, and Bartending are local jobs that are no risk and all money. You can find other jobs like assassinations, rescues, and other sorts which are risk missions because your going into combat, these types of missions get you a descent bag of gold and a good sum of renown.
Here are some tips in the market for making money. Earn about 20 or 30 000 gold, then buy the small market stands, adjust the prices how ever you wish. Then when you have gained all your money back and made profit, invest into smaller shops like the clothing shop, and once again wait till you have made your money back and repaet, just each time upgrade to a more expensive property like the book store or pub.
Buying and selling Homes, stores, temples, and castles
You can buy and sell properties, when you buy make sure you can afford the price 1st. And when you decide to re-sell you should re decorate the property to increase its value.
When you buy a home, you can move in or rent it out. I never move in, i rent out and sleep in other peoples beds because im a creeper like that.
Buying stores is your best source of income for the time being until you are a 50 cent in your world flashing all your bling and whores.
You can buy the two temples, The Temple of Light and The Shadow Temple. Unfortunately for all you good people out there if you want to buy the temple of light you will need to do so before continuing your main quest, because in the story line the temple of light gets mashed and un-buyable (sucks to be good, SUCKERS!)
On the bright side for all you evil bastards like me, our temple of shadows is forever and can be purchased at anytime! I forget how much it costs, sorry. I think somewhere around 50-120 000 gold.
How to gain/lose weight (How it actually works!)
Ok, so everyone is throwing out the obvious "
EAT VEGETABLES AND YOU LOSE WEIGHT"
WRONG! but somewhat right lol. Ok 1st, there are different grades of foods, some vegies have no
- fatness at all! Some may just add to your purity, some may take away from purity, some give purity and take away fatness, and so on. So be sure to
check your foods before you eat them!
The stats of foods go as follows:
-/+ Morality
-/+ Purity
-/+ fatness
your probly wondering where is the corruptness? take a close look and put it together, if your - purity, then your not gaining purity, your losing it which means its going corrupt.
now to check your foods, have the item highlighted and push
left on the
left joystick and use the
right joystick to scroll up or down.
Okay?
P.S Tofu does not make you skinny, it just increases purity! and for pies its the opposite
How to get married
To get married, find a woman/man, any will do, highlight them using the
LT and then they should have a meter that tells you how they feel about you. Press Y to view details about them, in here it will tell you their Likes and Dislikes. Basically just keep doing the gestures they like and give them gifts they like, or take them to places they like, once the meter is all the way on the right give them a ring, a message should say they want to be or you have been engaged, now all thats left is to find a home and move in to close the deal!
(dont forget to sacrifice your wife between 12-1 am)
How to have sex without being married
Uhh...go to bloodstone and give them whores the thumbs up and find you a bed and get it on!
if your not there then you pretty much have to take the marriage approach, but you will also need the 'come back to my place expression" which is found in the demon door in Oakfield.
The effects on your body from abilities
So basically from what i see is there are only 2 body altering Abilities which is
strength and
toughness which chisels your body nicely and
will, he more will points you spend the more your veins glow blue
Co-op
sigh...
co-op, co-op, co-op, co-op...
what to say about co-op...
well Ill start with the good.
The Good
-The friend orbs. This is hands down without a doubt one of the most ingenious ideas ever created in a game! what these orbs are, are your friends playing where ever they are, is where you will see their orb, and it actually moves! so if their walking around town, then you see their orb walking around town.
now the best thing about these orbs is the interaction with them. This is fable II's trade/join system! You lock onto their orb using
LT then press
A to interact, you can then select invite, join, or send a gift. Sending a gift is the trade system, you click send gift and find the item you want to give them and presto! you gave them the item/gold, just like that, no creating new games and inviting people in, just find their orb, or msg them to meet you somewhere and trade away!
The Bad
I knew this from the begining but people were expecting some sort of wonders from this co-op feature. RPGS like this are best left single player.\
- You cannot bring your Hero into your friends game. As a guest in your friends world, you are a henchman. Remember your in your friends game and he is the hero, not you!
-They give you a selection of pre made characters to choose from, all are lame looking, and you have no choice but to use their items, which you also select from a list.
-The camera angle is hidious and its like the both of you are playing on the same tv screen, its one of those limited movement systems where if your friend isnt moving, you cant continue without them. lame. No freedom at all...
-As a henchman you cannot loot (pick up items or open chests, etc..)
-Only your abilities from your hero can be used in a friends world. You do not get your clotthes, weapons, or appearance.
- Being the guest in your friends world is more like being their dog, you have to follow them around, you cant do anything other then chop up their enemies unless they take safety off. basically like a dog owner holding your leashe.
-really, it is just outright boring being a guest in your friends world.
-The co-op feature is not meant to make the guest happy if they own the game, It is possibly only fun if you live down the street and dont own fable and you wanna come over and play it sometimes. Honestly, after you play as a hero in your game, then go into a friends game and your playing as his puppet, you just ask yourself...why am i playing a dog in his world, when i can be the hero in mine?
LAME LAME LAME LAME LAME LAME LAME LAME LAME LAME LAME LAME LAME
that pretty much sums op co-op play.
Anyway thats all for now i wanna get back to my game, ill add more to this eventually

ARRRRGHH...this is me!
