The scroll that's in a cave by a beach where you've already found a scroll is the "Gem Grotto". If you're in the Hobbe Cave, backtrack till you come out of the entrance. Turn around, get in the water, and swim west (left) till you see a land mass in front of you. There's a sandy beach you can climb up onto, and then a sandy path back to a cave. The scroll's in there. I'm stuck on the one thats after the one in Gemstone Grotto I think.
It says "In a Deep, winding cave" and then something about being able to see the ocean through the walls?
Where's that, if anyone knows it would be helpful.

Ah man, I had the final clue for about two days before I figured it out. I remember one morning I woke up ridiculously early, sat up in bed, half-delirious and shouted

For the cave by the beach one, renziegirl has it. You have to go down to the lower enrance to Hobbe Cave (or exit, in this case). It's the beach bit you got to when you jumped off the broken bridge at the beginning. Just swim closer to the Temple of Shadows and there's a little beach bit there. Your dog should guide you from there.
