Don't know about the co-op thing - but if you go into your user cp you can change your details there such as signature, avatar and what have you. You'll remain a villager until your post count increases and then your name will alter accordingly. As for your gamerscore, I have no idea where it would be...

It could be an Xbox Live issue perhaps? If you have anymore details, that would help - is it the User CP you cannot access or just the info for your gamercard?
