Actually, the way I'd figure out: Dismember the corpse. Strip the fleshy bits from the bone. Put the fleshy bits and bony bits in separate bags. Feed the bag of fleshy bits to some pigs, and drop the bag of bony bits in a lake/the sea. The reason why most killers fail to dispose of a dead body is because they don't separate the stuff; eventually gasses will build up in the fleshy bits which will cause the corpse to surface again for easy discovery.

I've thought about this before, the best thing I can think of is encase the body in concrete, and drop it in a very deep part of the ocean as far away from the coast as possible. The ocean being the least explored territory on Earth, its very unlikely that anyone will ever find it. And even if they do run across it, all they will see is a big block of concrete, nothing special. Just some useless crap that must have fallen off a ship or something, who cares.

Fairly certain it would be worn away, turning into sand, and the tide would eventually take it in. Better idea making it carbonite
