Yeah you have to get the pen before the end of the game.

Well as the game is gorgeous and fun to play im going to play it again, although i got it first time around. It helps fill in some more secrets in the story.

Cant i find solution within those red markings u see with special assassin sight?
I dont think The people who created the game would do that so if we miss the pickpocketing thing we have to play the game again....?
I kinda dont like to repeat stuff(especially this,because the game is long)
so if could anyone response give me a tip how to continue with the game bearing in mind i saw the credits stuff(and btw is it long after u escape the building or after u do that it ends?)

Well, what you have to understand is that there is going to be a trilogy, so they've left AC very open ended for a reason. You getting the eagle vision and reading the cryptic messages is basically the end of the story for AC1.

And the only way for you to get to read the emails is for you to play the game again, sorry. Unless you like reading spoilers on the interwebs.

Yes i was wondering the same thing....
Is it simply reseted by replaying the memory in the animus cuz i rly rly dont want to go trough whole game again(i did tried but i stoped after the first assassination...)

You cant replay the events that happen outside the animus as they are real time and not memories.
