How can i get Avos Tear??

After you beat Jack throw The Sword of Aeons away....... Go to maze's tower look through his bookcases and read one of the books and go to the graves and read the in scription of the empty one.

IIRC, you also have to be "Good" to receive Avo's Tear...and "Very Good" at that (with the halo and butterfly look). Never tried to get Avo's Tear as an "Evil" character, though, so I could be wrong....

One thing...if you have the Sword of Aeons you cannot get Avo's Tear as well.

I don't think you have to be good but yea you cant have both swords.

Ok well im at Legendary Status, and ive got the halo and butterfly looks but the only books i find in Mazes Tower are History of the Guild and Jack of Blades (i read both) are there supposed to be more?

There's supposed to be a book that describes Maze's attempt to get Avo's Tear on one of the bookshelves. When I did this quest, it was on one of the bookshelves to the right as you come to the top of the stairs in Maze's quarters.

Yeah the book will say something like go to the empty grave think of what you wish or something like that.

Unless you hack the box. My last run of TLC, I had both the Sword of Aeons, and Avo's Tear when you first fight Whisper during guild training. heh, the sword was above my head and dragged on the ground...hilarious.

Wait a minute isn't the Sword of Aeons a light weapon therfore it wouldn't drag on the ground when you weild it.

Yeah, it is light. However, during guild training you're just a boy. It's the length of the blade that I'm talking about.

My version of TLC is PC too. Wouldn't have it any other way.

Ahhh, yes now I understand. I thought you were talking about the whole physique thingy. Did you have that Sword in the very beginning of the game when you were just a kid in Oakvale?
