I heard something about a quest after you kill Jack to get Avo's tear. Anyone know anything about it?

it's like a whole nother 1/4th of the game!

You get the quest to find Avo's Tear after you fight Jack in human form, not after he kidnaps the mother charachter.

Warning, this is a spoiler!

After you go to Hook Coast the first time, when you come back, the mother is taken by Jack's minions, then you go back to Hook Coast and fight Maze. Then you return to the Guild, get the quest to try to stop Jack from activating the Focus Sites, then go back to the Guild. Fight and kill Jack's human form, go to Oakvale Memorial in the cutscene, get called to the Lookout Point Demon Door, do the Prophet mini-game, then the Guildmaster says to look into the sword in Maze's quarters.

After you have kill jack of blades you can do 2 chooses.
A. kill your sister and get sword of Aeons.
B. if you destroy the sword you will get a quest by the guild master just go to the little garden in heros guild and read something at a stone. And Avostear is yours Edden

Avos Tear and the Sword of Aeons are the same, just diffrent looks and (i think) augments.
