Ayeeyah! Morrowind modding!

I just recently poked my toe into modding again, but i'm having a few problems. Int he CS, how do you...
1. Give an NPC spells? I drag them over from the spellmaking list but they don't show up. Also, when i delete their original spells, they're back as soon as i open the edit npc window again.

2. Dialogue. How do I make a new topic? It disappears as soon as I finish typing.

Cheers in advance, if anyone wants this new mod i'm making let me know, it's a massive temple to Molag Bal near Uvirith's Grave, complete with the Daedric cult as a new faction (having trouble making that though lol so it might not be joinable)

Yeah, a lot of the tutorials are for complicated stuff though, they don't cover the basics... I literally just need to know buttons lol

I've figured out the dialogue thing now, and I say SCREW SPELLS. I'm having much more fun scripting some lovely prostitutes and quests

I would love to be able to make new spells and prostitutes and quests in Fable. Stupid LionHead.
Hopefully we'll be able to do that in Fable II at least.
