Well the way you percieve the game is up to you, but I certainly do not think the game is unfinished. Now, if you are talking about the bugs, then yes...the game could use some work. Though 'unfinished'...not in my opinion.

Bugs make the game better. Bugs can be exploited for laughs that can create priceless memories. I remember the tank flipping bug in H2. My friends and I did that for hours without getting bored. Some bugs are bad, but every game has bugs. Even pong.
The Dog needs way better patchfinding, if you ask me. For him to even attempt to catch the ball I have to throw it in a field, without any obstacles. If it gets behind a obstacle, eventhough one the Dog can go around/over, it ignores the ball and returns.
I think your dog is kinda retarded, some dogs are, some can't even swim LOL

I never had the lost chapters. Was it a whole new area or just more quest?
Dunno I've only played TLC, never played the original fable. My friend said the original fable was too short so they added TLC to put more content and **** in the game
