If anyone was still looking for the barber shop, its in Bowertsone Market. Heres how to get to it:
go towards the Cow and Corset. When your there turn right toward the blacksmiths
then when your at the blacksmiths turn left and go straight but keep your eyes on the left hand buildings.
you'll eventually see a building with a red and white candy cane looking barber shop thing.
it's small so keep an eye out.
It took me forever to find it.
but i hope this helps you find it faster than i did :p
