Becoming Mayor

Uhm, to do the quest where you find out the death of Lady Grey's sister, do you have to do it before you go and try to marry lady grey? When I was walking towards the Bowerstone North Jail, I talked to the guy in the cage who told me to go talk to the guy in Barrow fields....but before I did that, I went to go fight Thunder. Then after, I went to lady grey to ask her to marry me, but I said no, because I wanted to do the quest about her sister....then when I went to barrow fields, there was no guy to talk to, so I went back to Bowerstone North, and the dude wasnt in the cage anymore...

So now, I cant be mayor, and I cant get the legendary Katana in Lady Grey's room

You can get the katana. If you marry her. That's the only requirement to getting in her house.

Ya, but I said no to her....So now whenever I talk to her, she's highlighted in blue, not green....and can I still do the Mystery about her sister quest?

No....when she asked me to marry her, I said no....and then after that she turned blue.

Well I said no because I wanted to go and do the Sister quest thingy, and I thought that If I married her, then I wouldnt be able to...so I said no...and now I cant do either... How do you become mayor though? By doing that quest?

Yeah, Lady Grey is a *****.

I've always done the sister guest and refused to marry the cow.

I did how ever, marry her once after I had grabbed the sister quest to see if I could blackmail her or kill her and become the mayor. But as soon as I grabbed the letter, the cow shows up and forced me to hand the letter over, and I was screwed. Good thing I saved the game before I grabbed either quest. LOL

I WANTED TO KILL HER DAMN IT!!! ><

Thats something else, I want to use my Will powers in Bowerstone North and South damn it! ><

Yeah it's a little sucky that the Weapons mod for bowerstone doesn't include will powers.
