Best Buy Discontinuing 80GB & 60GB PS3.

But the 40 GB doesn't play PS2 Games I'll have to look int this when I go to work tomorrow

What are they doing? If this is true its a crazy move because sales of the PS3 have been going up lately. Why drop the superior model again for a lesser version? Makes no sense at all...

Yeah, that's what bugs me.. If I were to ever purchase a PS3 in the future, and the 40B is all that's left (and my second PS2 breaks down), I'm screwed on being able to play my PS2 games again.

It is madness if this ends up as truth, they should not just keep dropping models as soon as people get interested in them.
