Best and Worst Will powers?

Its the movement that makes me think its not possible. When you fight them they always stay in the same place, so how would they move around as your summon if they never really do as your enemy.

That may be true, Seigfried. But fortunatley lesser enemies and bandits have a tendancy of charging directly at their enemies meaning the the Earth Trolls can happily stay in one place and let them come to him.

man summoning is the best u just have to work ur way up. like use the wasp to kill a bandit use bandit to kill something beter and so on. i got this huge ice thingy i dunno wat it is it have a club thing and its not an ice troll. but i love using divine fury its awsome!

I think your talking about an ice version of the undead, they are really strong and can take alot of damage. I have to say that you probably got the summon possible, good work.

The Beast is right, myself and somebody else were discussing the summon will power in another thread. Favorite Will Power I think. Somebody also mentioned they had a blue minion. I had the same summon as The Beast but it killed a minion a few days back and now its a red minion. Since I got the spell it has gone from:

Wasp>Hobbe>Undead>Balveri ne>Ice Creature>Red Minion

Summon is one of the most underrated will powers in the game... people just dont take the time to figure it out or read the description...

I think you are right as i myself admit i rarely used it and didnt relise it transformed into what it killed until i read it I cast it off as a pretty weak and pointless will power but now im rethinking what i said.

Its pretty handy for taking the heat off yourself in some occassions. I would have loved to been able to let my summon monster kill the Scorpion in the arena. That would have been one amazing summon, then again chances are it would just kill a feeble monster with one hit and then become the crap monster..... if you use it along with slow time its pretty cool. Cripes I use slow time with everything....

yea thats true but i went:

wasp>balverine>bandit>ice creature>blue minion
(maybe it was bandit befor balverine but i dont rember)

im going to take some time to see if u can get something better then blue minion

Yeah, with all this discussion of trolls as summons I have been wondering if it actually is possible to acquire one as your personal summon. I doubt it since they appear to be static but I shall probably give it a try tonight. I may also try getting myself the White Balverine or some other boss monster as a summon. Could be rather interesting if thats possible. I

The ice creature you mean might be the summoners I agree that Summon is very underated but u need perserverance. The tactic i used for my summoned wasp was. I would bring the health down on my opponent and the let the wasp kill the opponent.This is how my summon went: wasp>bandit>balverine>red minion>summoner>minion mage very useful when summon is maxed out

No dude, I know what a Summoner looks like, Im not a complete n00b when it comes to Fable, every other game yes but Fable no lmao. I can see where your coming from though. The ice creature I was referring to was the one who carries that big mad club with him. You find them all over necropolis and around the northern wastes. I cant remember the specific area but if you wanna know I can always check for ya.

I know the technique you mentioned. I used to do it, but if you bring the creatures health down too low and your summon kills it, it wont take its form. I was trying to nail an ice balverine so my summon could finish it off. Unfortunately when I brought my summon monster out, a hobbe I believe, it killed the creature but didnt possess it. It totally blew but hey what ya gonna do.

Yeah you cant summon boss monsters, and i believe that you cant go past a troll. im about 90% sure about the troll, and 100% sure about the boss monsters.
