80x80 is a bit small. I always like changing my avatar on a forum, and with 80x80, your a bit limited to really small graphics that are quite difficult to see.

Could it be minorly adjusted to 100x100 pixels?

If you remove the animation it should reduce the size to less than 19KB.

I suppose you could try removing a few frames from the animation? You should be able to squeeze a few extra KB off, surely.
