Compare how much we know about Mass Effect with Fable 2...

Yea...

I can't wait for Fable 2, and I feel as if Mass Effect isn't even close to it's greatness...i'm saying that without knowing even half of the games features or story. Hey, just my opinion

Sure Mass Effect looks and seems like a very good game, but you can't compare it to Fable 2 at the moment, you just can't. The combat isn't even fleshed out to the press completely.

Hate to say it but compare Biowares games record with Lionhead's at the moment. That speaks entirely for itself. Bioware are fully established and legendary RPG makers, regarded by many as the best in the Business. Lionhead need to pull their socks up with Fable 2 and finally deliver on everything they have promised for years and silence the critics. I wont say one game will be better than another as they are different style games but when it comes to all out RPG's i havent seen anyone do a better job than Bioware and Mass Effect is going to smash the RPG genre to pieces as KotOR did.

well, if you can't even compare them I don't see how you can say Mass Effect "isn't even close to its greatness"... that sounds like you're comparing them to me

and I know that going by what little I know about Fable 2 compared to what I know of Mass Effect, Mass Effect is looking far superior...
Mass Effect has branching storylines and multiple paths whereas PM has expressly stated that Fable 2 will not... that's a deal breaker for me in terms of best game ever

and nobody stacks up to Bioware... they just don't

Plus Bioshock is hardly a 'Happy Happy' game as its full of depression, lonelyness, madness and suffering.

Look: A game doesn't need to have 5 different endings or different customization options to be a good game, a good game is a game we play and go:"Wow, this is fun!"..not,"I can do all this stuff"..if your happy with having alot of stuff in it, cool, but that doesn't mean everyone else likes that. There's a fine line between going, "There are alot of features"...and, "There are alot of features, and i'm trying them all because I like that kind of stuff!"

Twilight Princess, in my opinion, is the best video game out there right now. Why? Not because it has different paths to take or classes or what have you, because it's a game I enjoy every step of the way, whether I kick or scream like a baby or I cheer and do a tiger woods signature victory move. Doesn't matter what genre for me, doesn't matter how long or how much. If I enjoy a game, I think it's a good game. And I bet your the same way!

Don't get me wrong, Mass Effect looks stellar and i'll probably enjoy it to.

But here's the question:Will I enjoy them? Will that one guy enjoy them? Etc?

Time will tell, and like I said, it's not your choice, my choice, or the press choice. Pac Man can be one guys best game ever.

By the way, God of War is another game that I enjoyed. Even though (in gphoria) it got pummled by...what was it...Gears of War ? Oh man...so hard to decide which!

Oh and by the way, Bioware: Great RPG makers!

Love 'em, but not as much as other games.
