I have seen posts, where people whoa re not admins, act like admins.

There's around a 70% chance you're referring to me. No one acts like an admin, its just that there are some people who can't be bothered watching children flame each other or whatever. Example being my Halo Anime thread. It was getting derailed, so I warned that the posters should keep on topic.

What's wrong with someone not wearing a badge telling you to cut it out? Surely that just makes life easier for the admins and shows that people are actually mildly annoyed by what's going on.

Details: I'd like a sort of starry night sky, completely black with a white stars in the distance, y'know. Nothing fancy, but not just white dots on a black canvas in paint. Now where the detail comes in, I want a Rinnegan looking towards the left of the wallpaper, taking up the whole centre of the wallpaper. I'd like it to be faded in areas like a mirage please, but not a massive contract between the shadings.

That make sense? The hard part is that I haven't found any picture of the Rinnegan looking towards the left or the right (to flip). But I'll show you what one looks like regardless.

30% can always be a winning margin. Besides, I was talking in general, not about my thread. If you read what I said again, you'll realise it was in general. I was just using my thread as an example because it was the most recent thing that I've seen. Sorry if I struck a nerve.

I've added another option to the form which I forgot, sorry if the form is bothersome to people if people see it easier I could just get rid of it and just tell me who you want, the color, and text.

You know, if you can't find the eye looking to the left, you can always just get a template and draw it.

A Rinnegan only has a few circles around the pupil.
