Boasts Succeed When You Failed?

Has anyone noticed a glitch where you take a boast, fail it, reload to try again, fail it, reload to try again, fail it... and still get credit for passing?

It's happened to me twice on the Rose Cottage/Hobbe Cave/Kill the Nymph/Rescue the grandson quest where I boasted that I wouldn't let the boy get hurt, and it just happened to me on the Arena where I boasted "Without A Scratch" and then kept screwing up and running out of power for my physical shield.

It might also have to do with Hero Save, which I eventually started doing.

This is odd.... Maybe your,"THE ONE". What I know is that it's not Hero Save.

I am hurt, Sepi! And it wasn't "that many" times... I think it was only two before it started giving it to me irregardless. And it's only done it there. I had to keep reloading to do the Hobbe-Killing Contest, too, because I didn't have a good enough weapon or physique to kill them fast enough, and it never just started giving it to me, at least not that I remember.

I've seen it happen. I've screwed up the fist fighter boast a bunch by accidentally hitting the button to draw my weapon
