Absolutely zilch, I'm afraid. If you free the girls in the Bordello then you get some brownie points for being all nice and charitable - but nothing more. And if you accept the title of Mayor of Bowerstone you get nothing but access to the manor. Which is about as exciting as watching paint dry.
