Ok i played Fable on the XBOX a while back now and i thought id give FLC a go on the pc.

PC specs.

3.33GHZ Processor.

512 DDR2 Ram (533mhz clock)

Nvidia Geforce FX 5200.

Ok i installed it and started playing looks lovely and has a great frame rate however when ever i talk to someone or anything half or all the Text is flashing or missing its really really F___ing annoying how can i fix this problem!!

Graphics settings are:

1024x768x32 (Tried 860x600x32 still got same Text error)

All high (Even tried low still same text error)

Anti aliasing on (Even tried off but still got same error)

My graphics card BIOS is full updated.
I have tried nearly every possible combination of settings in the Nvidia control pannel.
I really want to just play the game!

I get blinking text all the time. I can't seem to fix it. I don't mind so much anymore though. I'm sure Drakan can try and help you.

I have this problem...I've tried everything. I bought this game even though I knew it was made for XBox (I'm not an XBox fan). Surely a patch can be made? Off to play FF12 for now.

Well it was to do with certain GFX cards having issues with it and it was up to them to bring out patches and updates to fix the problems so all depends on what card you have. Im sure some forceware updates would remedy the problem from your GFX card manufacturers website and if not just read through rest of threads and try everything there.

I dont have flickering text does it flicker or does it just like never show up?

parts of words will be missing, or the sentence with flicker on and off, or there will be nothing there.

So sometimes I'm answering a "yes, No" question and I won't even know what it says
