i have been trying to complete Collect the hero doll quest, but it's really complicate since i can't get the doll in bowerstone south, some webs say i have to beat the card pair in 30 sec or less, i beated it in 25.5 sec but received no doll. can sb tell me how?

I believe the doll time is less than 25 seconds.
Less than 30 I think is just to win the game.
Try it out, if I'm wrong, I'll grab the exact times for you.

It does take 24.9 seconds or less to win the doll prize on any timed game. You can use the +24 trainer for infinite time if you have to, but the game is easy enough if you try it a few times. If you need the trainer look in the modding stickies.
