I dont know if my game is glitched or if I just dont know how to properly use C4. Anyway, whenever I take out the C4 in CoD4 it takes out the remote detenator without letting me set any C4. it used to work just fine but it hasnt for a while. is this a glitch, or am I not doing it right?

What, so you can't throw C4 with the left trigger? Does aiming down a gun's sights work?

yeah, aiming works fine. I just cant throw out any C4. are you supposed to use the left trigger to throw it? when I press the directoin on the D pad to take out C4 it takes out the remote instead of the C4 packs.

Its ok since I dont use it mutch anyway, but its still annoying because I couldnt use it if I wanted to.

Have you tried just hitting every button one at a time?
I can't be the only one who forgets how to do something even after sinking 40+ hours in a game.

Yeah, you use the left trigger to throw the C4. Left on the directional pad whips out a remote detonator, and then left trigger throws and the right trigger makes it go boom. And you can also double tap "X" when the gun is out to detonate it quickly.
