Finally the much talked about COD 4 patch has made its way to Xbox Live. Heres a list of the things the patch fixes/addresses:

Additions / New Features:

* Added Kill cam to Airstrike bombs and Claymores
* Addition of Host Migration so if Host Leaves auto-chooses next best host
* Tweaked the following Oldschool Mode settings based on feedback:
* Added Unlimited Sprint
* Increased Magazine Size
* Added Ragdoll Cam
* Addition of New "N0M4D" Control Scheme


Optimizations / Tweaks:

* Identify party by background color (in Lobby)
* Optimized server selection for first match for better connections
* Improved network performance for 18 player games
* Optimized 'Chase Cam' when Spectating
* Fixed Playlist error when attempting to join from other games
* Handle Corrupt Create A Class data instead of kicking player

No word on the PC or PS3's patch update yet.

I haven't played Call of Duty 4 for the past few days but I'm really eager to check out the new alterations the patch has made. I'm hearing that the new enhanced KillCam is a heck of a lot better this time round.

That Airstrike and Claymore cam would be hilarious, still worries me when i hear that ominous click just before a claymore goes off.

I played a normal Search and Destroy just to see some of these new cameras and I got to the claymore camera. It starts from when the person put it down and then it follows your character as you walk by them before you explode.

Yeah dont worry it happens a lot, least you get to watch it in all its glory i guess. Also the fact that your own gets witnessed too is good enough for me. Only problem is i play hardcore most the time so dont get a killcam.

Same here, I really can't stand the other games modes since they aren't very realistic at all.

Yeah, having to put nearly a clip in someone before they die is annoying on other modes.
