Can someone make a sig for me cuz i'm not really good at it

but can someon make a sig for me with a picture of Two-Face from Batman The Dark Knight

and then two lines of text 1 that says : Our only rule is chance
and the second that says : Lets flip a coin

if you can do this i would be very gratefull

for some reason this pic give me major de ja vu................ and i made it........ like as soon as i posted it i thought "iv seen this exact image befor"...... i am freaking out!
