In Fable 2, you will have the choice of protected or un-protected sex, and if you choose the latter, there is a chance your wife will become pregnant. She then has the child, and you've become a proud daddy! I'm pretty sure there isn't a school, and you can't play as the child, but his/her alignment will change along with yours.
