Infinity Ward have recently opened a community map making contest for its best selling title Call Of Duty 4.

Yeah i was thinking the same thing, that the winners map will be included in the upcoming update.

Oooh! I love map making contests! I can't actually make 'em... I just like looking at 'em...

Me too, i also cant wait to see what new maps Infinity Ward themselves cook up.

I think it's great how they are including the fans like this - it's a brilliant idea and if I was even slightly artistic, I'd go for it myself. But seeing as I can't even get a Sims house to look vaguely identifiable, it wouldn't be the best idea I've ever had...

That and the fact you always remove the doors on the rooms, that could be an awkward online moment with you all respawning in one room with no doors.

I used to (try) make maps for Half-Life, too bad Worldcraft was bugged and quite difficult.
Sounds interesting, I might try to make a map, but I guess my computer won`t handle it.

Like in Doom 2, map 7. At first evryone were in this big room in the middle, but when someone died, there was a change that he/she spawned to an outside room and opened the doors so everyone could come out and play.
