While I'm sure that'd be hilariously delicious, I'm more interested in this sort of roast - Roast (comedy) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Re: Community Spotlight!
Ah, how easily we are derailed on this forum
Just to clarify, if we were to begin some sort of community-type thingymajig, it wouldn't be to attempt to imitate Hex as that would not be fair, I think, to her and those of you who are her friends. The idea would be to create something community-minded but not necessarily a member spotlight, although that could be a part of it occasionally, perhaps?
It would be good to have people be able to feel more involved in the community here, even if they aren't gold supporters, staff, editors or modders etc. Would be nice to make it so that people don't feel as if they don't matter just because they don't have five userbars under their name...

Maybe a good thing to do would be to spotlight members who are active, but rarely post. Kind of try to draw them into the conversation/community. I think I was actively viewing the site for weeks before I ever posted. I did not feel I knew enough to contribute, so I felt anything I had to say would be viewed as irrelevant. Of course when I did finally post, my post turned out to be irrelevant, but I learned from that.

Re: Community Spotlight!
That was something we hoped the Community Spotlight would eventually get around to doing...but Hex had a lot of trouble securing interviews and people would commit and then not be online for her to talk to. It would be a nice touch though to pick up on the lesser known members who are around but perhaps feel overshadowed by those of us with big mouths and high post counts - it can be pretty intimidating to try and jump into a forum where the main names are a select few and they appear to have a monopoly on the majority of conversations, even if that is not the case in reality.
May also encourage guests to become members and old members to return...

Re: Community Spotlight!
I had a thought I want to pass on to Angel and FableFreak. Maybe an occasional Arcade tounament could be part of the replacement for Com. Spotlight.

You only say that, cause you're the King there. You need better competition, than from people like me. It's a cool thought though.
