Consequence for losing a battle is going to be changed
Browsing around the Lionhead forums I found this little piece of info posted by Sam

Of course Fable 2 is still a game about choice and consequence, but the consequence to you loosing a battle has changed.

Truth is we don't know what they changed just that they are changing it. It sounds like they are still firming up the idea. It could be as little as how much you have to pay in each area (doubtful) to dropping the thing all together (also doubtful). I'm guessing that they want to make sure that there is a consequence but it's still fun. That's a hard balance to make work.
