Console Ranting
Just rant about Game systems. What you like dislike, would have changed, would have done different. Just the usual.

Re: Xbox VS PS2 (keep it clean...)
Well id been a Sony fan for ages but after i got my Xbox i began to wonder when the last time i brought a PS2 game was and the timescale got longer and longer until i found that i hadn't brought or been interested in one for months and any multiformat game that came out i brought for my Xbox instead. Now my 360 is used the most then my Xbox with my PS2 being used rarely and with the PS3 not being out here for months yet and all the bad press it is receiving, although i will get one eventually even though the price is insane i can see the Xbox 360 being my favourite of the two in the long run as it has more games that appeal to me and i love the little mod cons of Hard Drive that you can customise the dashboard on etc, HD-DVD Player Add-on, Xbox Live + Head Set, and Wireless Internet, and in game Music Streaming, changeable Faceplates etc

Re: Xbox VS PS2 (keep it clean...)
I've been a sony fan since the playstation was the first UPGRADE for me from Sega. I'd played other systems (DreamCast, N64) And I pretty much enjoyed my PSone, until I got a PS2. Now both the PS2 and the Xbox have their problems. My PS2 has the hardest time loading things, and sometimes in levels. the floor won't load so I'll just fall into nothing. I've seen that happen on Xbox's before. To me they're pretty much the same.

Yeah i had two Playstations (for link up) and an N64 (which i loved at the time) but i played on my N64 more at the time. Then after they stopped making games for it the Playstation was my main console but one of mine broke also, laser sort of died on me. Then i had a PS2 which also died on me (another laser problem) and took hours to load games and now i have a SlimLine one, my Xbox has never had one single problem with it.

Well looks like your Xbox wins over your PS2.

Funny. My Psone is more a live than my PS2. It has the insides of a Playstation.
for those of you who DON'T know, there IS a difference between a Playstation and a PSone.

I guess I was wrong about people wanting to rant about Xbox's ( Xbox, xbox360) VS Playstation's ( Ps, Ps2, Ps3)

Re: Xbox VS PS2 (keep it clean...)
I have a playstation and I never play it even after my xbox died. I would more likely pull my N64 out of storage. I'm going to give my Playstation away at a yankee swap on wednesday.
I din't know that here was a diff between a playstation and PSone. Do they play the same games?

Playstation is to PSone as Playstation 2 is to PSslim.
They play pretty much the same. I'd say the PSone plays better than the PS2. Some Psone games my PS2 can't handle work fine on my PSone.

I wouldnt rant about them as i always end up owning both products. I am abit annoyed that Sony decided to skip out Europe with the PS3 release though but hopefully that will mean the price will drop quicker here when they do come out. I also thought they made a mistake by putting all their faith in Blu Ray over HD.
