4 Is an adrenaline potion that you get from a program called the fable Shop trainer for the PC version. Kind of like a mod, but not nearly as complicated as chest spawning.

6 Is Infernal Wrath, it's a spell for TLC version.

I had to re-do my custom tattoos from scratch, but more or less I fixed the problem.
