(sorry if a thread of this sort has been posted before as my search iconi 'broken' lol)

Ok, for oblivion the thing that really kept me playing is the fact that there was amazing downloadable content that i could play around with, for example;

A castle (full ownership with quests inbuilt)
An underground assasin lair (full ownership with quests inbuilt, an assassin you can send out on jobs)
A pirate ship (full ownership with quests inbuilt with pirates you can send out to loot and bring back goodies for you)
Horse armor
Dungeons
Knights of the nine (Whole stream of quests)
Shivering ilses (Like TLC, also buyable from shops)

theres other stuff but my memory sucks.

Anyway, what would you like to see in fable 2 as a download?

(Things that you would have to download, like the castle in oblivion - you get given instant ownership to it as there is no property market or house buying Ect. oh and you couldnt start the game with a castle as that would suck)

Downloads, in my opinion, are both good and bad. Sometimes they detract from the game, sometimes they add so much more. But as far as a game like Fable 2 goes, what's left to add? I'm sure people will come up with ideas over time, but it's one of the few games I don't think (yet...) you could ever improve on. But I've been wrong before...

Well, as far as we've been told the jobs will be just a bit limited. So maybe a while after it's been released there could be a pack with more jobs. Personally, I'm rooting for Hurdy-Gurdy player. It would be so swell to putt around town cranking a hurdy-gurdy with a dancing monkey to earn tips. Also, grave digger, buccaneer, or dog trainer would be nifty....
Also, maybe they'll have weapon and armor packs, but we shall see. Peter says there will be more choices for clothes and such. ^^

Maybe download another island? that you can travel to.. more quests.. new people.. new houses..?

Or yeah.. thats about it ayye cant really think much for Fable..

how about boats an horses stuff like that, they could do shivering isle style an make that place where jack comes from you know with the knight, queen and stuff from tales of albion. i recon thatd be sick

anyway, I can imagine Lionhead doing a bit like TLC, adding a story after the main story of Fable II, but ofcourse that all depends on how the main story ends (i.e. Jack of Blades got resurected in TLC).
in TLC they added a bunch of new quests, weapons armor and a new region.. they might do the same again.
Here's hoping that they will add a 3 or 4 player coop somehow.

Oblivion great game, i got all the downloads possible for that. Great fun!

I also imagine Fable having a TLC like the first one. Which would be cool but they would have to put as extra download content. Rather than having a completely different game with the TLC like the first one.

Yeah ofcourse they wont make a "new game" like they did with TLC and sell it in stores, I mean, not taking advantage of xbox live would be a waste.
they might sell it in stores for ppl who doesnt have live, or a credit card. (like Oblivion: Shivering Isles)

I really don't care about down loadable stuff, as long as the game is full of fun stuff to do. Fable 2 will have enough to keep me happy. If they do have DLC, I'd want an Arena, or a ship battle. Hopefully Fable 3 will have some of the other stuff mentioned.
