Dungeon Keeper II on Windows XP >:(

Ok well I have recently found my copy of Dungeon Keeper II behind a stack of DVD-Rs, and I installed it on my Windows XP desktop. Then a split second after I double clicked, I get an error message, not allowing me to play it

I tried Compatibility Mode, but it didn't work.
