EA promises Spore before Christmas

Ive been waiting for updates on this title for a while so happy to see some news about it at least.

I saw this yesterday, didn't want to post it , since it has to been in development forever, so taking longer , might mean losing money and then I thought of two things : EA, not the poorest of companies and Duke nukem forever . +rep

Well Will Wright wanted them to allow him as much time as he needed to make sure it was finished, so they did just that.

Yeah. I rather trust Will Wright at this point...It'll come out when it's finished. It's nowhere near Duke Nukem Forever, but at this point any game that gets delayed repeatedly is going to get compared apparently.

Its looking really interesting and i really like the vision and new ideas they have put into it. Hopefully it delivers and is as good as its shaping up to be.

The thing that bugs me the most about spore is games of this nature is the fact that it has all these features, but I hope the game play can keep up, so that it won't become boring quickly. I am also sure that it will sell lots!

Hope they put more gameplay in it. Creating stuff is cool, but we need to be able to do stuff with our creations.
