in the reviews and vids i have seen on IGN and gamespot PM talks about players being able to change the economy so take for example if you bought all the weapon shops in the world and you put up the prices really high would only rich poeple have weapons?? or if you put the price really low will everyone have weapons and there will be mass chaos (cause i like chaos ) and also if you bought every house in the game and put the rent prices up really high would most poeple in the owlrd be homeless??? (that would be very funny though)
I'm pretty sure it just changes your alignment modifiers. If you sent it ungodly high, then you start to look like an evil hunchback, but people will still be able to pay.
All I know is they better regulate the economy a d*** sight better than the US has. Poor Iceland is on the verge of declaring bankruptcy, an entire country! Brits can't withdraw any cash from one of the Icelandic banks anymore and it's led to utter chaos!
