This has happened to me a few times, so I'll try to help. Though I agree that you should try to brush up on your grammer a bit. It took me a while to understand what you were trying to say.

All you need to do is continue telling them to follow. Eventually they actually will. Sometimes you need to start walking away and THEN they'll actually follow.

Other than that, I have no idea what to do. Hope I helped and I hope you get this sorted out.
