3 player co-op with the 3rd character only being able to hide and cry would be hilarious. 2 players would have to compete for kills in each level, the player that got the least kills would be the odd mann out, or in this case hiding crying guy.

My girlfriend has got a Wii also and we have played on it like twice. I purchased Mario Kart for it for us to have a laugh on but havent played it together yet.
