Re: Evil Wizard, Good Paladin
The mage will totally win, as long as he stays far away from paladin, but then again it is also a matter of if they can, and how many will and health potions they have, because the mage will lose if he doesn't have will potions to use more mage, and if he does he can probably be using spells constantly and never really be able to die.
Like he can constantly use slow-time then cast summon, so while he is whipping fireballs, lightning, etc. at the paladin, the summoned guy can be attacking him melee.
But if the Paladin can heal himself, it would take a lot longer time to kill him. But he would eventually fall seeing how in a few seconds time to him it, because of slow-time it would actually be around a few mins...

The Paladin would win because he can use his Will solely to keep his PS strong and a sword doesn't run out of power.

Re: Evil Wizard, Good Paladin
- Good vs Evil I say it goes to good because of the Physical Sheild
- Offensive Magic vs Weapons goes to Weapons because of not needing Will, speed and more damage ( I think)
- Only Magic vs only weapons No contest Magic wins
- Only Magic with no potions vs only weapons Now this would be an interesting fight
- The winner might be the one who gets in the first attack because you can't attack when you're on your a**

Good point.
But I still think evil mage would win. Because you have to think about his summon, and as you people said above that a high lvl fireball does take a lot from PS. (Just think if the mage is able to make a high lvl fireball, it would consume less of his mana, and more of the paladins mana when it hit him.) And I doubt the paladin could role everytime the mage threw a fireball at him, with a high lvl summon guy hitting him in the face, or better yet if the hobbe mage was your summoned guy shooting magic at you.
Anyways, I think it will just come down to, how high each players magics lvls are and how many potions they have.
If the mage if they all have full levels on magic then the mage would win, because even if the paladin came close the mage could always use assasin rush, and teleport behind him, so, it would be pretty hard to get to the mage to attack him, but even harder with the mages, summoned guy attacking the paladin..

- The Summoned creature would be taken out with a few hits. We're talking about the Paladin after all. Those guys aren't very aggressive anyway
- The Fireball takes awhile to charge the sword doesn't and its hard to cast when you're being hit in the face with the sword of Avo
- Rolling is easy but the timing is hard you're right
- Assassin Rush would bring the mage closer into melee combat and if the Paladin was locked onto the wizard he would simple turn around and start whomping on him.
Big question is weather the Evil Wizard would also have the PS which is a good spell.

Yes, I was also wondering if the mage had PS, still I have yet to see any body take out my summoned guy in "just a few hits." And I agree with you that the summoned guys are better for shields, or better for slowing down some guy when he is running after you, then actually fighting, ive made several accounts which had the summoned guys all be the same, stupid, and nonaggresive, but the last one I made recently was different, thus one of the main reasons I didn't delete it after I beat the game. My summoned guy is one of Jack's minions, and he is very fast and usually kills more than me... even with my sword of aeons. So if the mage has a good attacking summoned guy, he can stand back and use spells.
But if he doesn't have a good attacking summoned guy, like as in most situations then your Paladin would still be hard pressed to kill the mage because of him combining spells such as, Slow-Time, Multi-Strike, Berserk, Multi-Arrow, etc. and as said before even if you got close to him, the mage could use assasin rush, and teleport behind you, then use slow-time, and make a good get away while you are still turning around.
There for we are back to the same things such as, how many potions you get, and what kinda weapons each guy gets, and what rank/level the spells are...

I takes me just a few hits to take out a minion I have the Solus great sword and my character hasn't even fully leveled up. I have taken them out with just my fists while taking the first fighter boast (What a pain that is I can tell you!!).
The Paladin wouldn't even have to take out the minion first. They would just go for the Evil Wizard.

This is a good point I have games were I mastered all the spells and been either good or bad.
I think we need to say that the Evil Wizard can only use Evil/Neutral spells and the Good Paladin can only use Good/Neutral spells. Otherwise they are basically the same character, The Hero.
