thats not what im saying, im saying in the eyes of the law they are, hell still there are different laws assult and male assults female which are recognised differences, and were talking about the law not whats acutly right.

Actually, it's not uncommon for women to get lesser sentences than men for the same crimes...

All I said was that the law applies equally to both sexes.

no i meant look up the laws, there is a difference between a guy vs guy, and guy vs girl assult which alough may give the same punishment is still different. The law applies the same in most cases, im not saying its right or wrong all im saying is it is. and i want to make perfectly clear i believe men and women ar equall !!!
