Re: Fable 2 Crimes

That's crap - it should be the same law applied if a girl lamps a bloke. But we're getting off the point...sorry...

Re: Fable 2 Crimes

Heres some law ideas.

It is illegal to kill a rare animal. If you kill it you can sell the feathers or fur for a lot of money but it becomes extinct, if you let it live they will flourish and you could eventually farm them.

Having a high class conservative town where where public flatulence, burping, or other crude gestures are prohibited. A good place to raise a family for a good hero.

A no pets allowed area where the hero has to choose to break the law and enter or not.

A town that has a caged balverine for display, and it says "do not feed the balverine" if you keep feedint it it breaks the cage and raises hell on the town.

Some good ideas there - and no prizes for guessing whether I'll be feeding the Balverine or not ...

That's kinda a crappy thing. Having a town that you HAVE to break the law to enter just because you have a dog? I would assume he gets left at the front gate like your weapons (bowerstone)

Re: Fable 2 Crimes

I like the prison idea. It was kind of dumb that if you broke a window that you would either have to fine a fine or get killed. I did love the apologize expression though.

"You just killed the father of the bride!"
"Sorry, it won't happen again"

Each Jail could have a different way of getting out
  1. You just have to wait
  2. You can escape
  3. You can bribe the guard (less than the fine presumably)
  4. You could dig a tunnel
  5. You could meet someone that would get you a side quest
  6. You could find a key
  7. Maybe one time you would be sold to a pirate ship
