Peter Molyneux and the crew at developer Lionhead are already working in Fable III, which Molyneux says will come out holiday 2010. The game takes place 50 years in the future of Albion and puts you in the shoes of your offspring from Fable II as he/she strives to capture the throne of Albion and deal with ruling the kingdom. The game's move into the future opens the doors for industrialization, complete with ships and more metal war machines. The land of Albion is split, and is looking for a king or queen to step up and unite the land. If course, how you rule, how you get there, and what you're willing to do to stay there is up to you.

the game will contain boats and "other war machines" whatever they may be
"what you're willing to do to stay there" could mean you have potential to have your throne taken away...

^ holiday season is the winter. referring to thanksgiving, christmas, and new years all close together, hence "season".

means it'll most likely be a christmas release.

I was assuming holiday released meant Christmas season, but I know how Europeans refer to vacations as going on a holiday...so maybe it is supposed to be summer. But, with Microsoft being involved, they are probably waiting for Christmas so they can jack the price up as high as they want and they know people will still buy the game.

Yea well it may be a good business decision to wait till the Christmas season, but it's still sick. It's maddening to wait, no wait I got to stop going crazy waiting! It's just what they want me to do.

I completed Fable 2 just ONCE and then sold my Xbox 360 to a friend. Strangely enough, only about three weeks after I'd sold the perfectly working console to him, it RROD'd on him. So I'm waiting until early next year to buy a new 360 and Fable 2 G.O.T.Y, play through Fable 2 at least three more times and by then I won't have such a long wait for Fable 3. Already played TLC to bits.
